The Hiit house was created with the busy professional in mind. Each full body workout is comprised of an explosive blend of cardiovascular & strength movements designed to increase endurance and maximum body fat burning properties in 45 minutes

Our HIIT program is simple:
45 minutes session
20 exercises
90 seconds of intense work
30 seconds recovery
